Unplug all wiring and hose connections from the washer bottle.
Remove the filler neck from the washer bottle. Remove the stock washer bottle from the vehicle. Remove the stock electric pumps and relay from the stock washer bottle. Discard the stock washer bottle. |

Fit the stock electric pumps to the new washer bottle (Item 1) using factory rubber grommets.
The front electric pump is secured using factory bolt and clamp. NOTE HOSE ORIENTATION. The side electric pump is secured using P clamp (Item 4) and SEMS bolt (Item 2). The stock relay is secured to top of bottle (Item 1) using factory bolts. |

Fit the new washer bottle assembly (Item 1) to the vehicle using standard mounting bolts. |  |

For intercooler DR525 use bumper templates (Items 8, 9, 10), to trim front plastic facia as illustrated. |  |

For intercooler DR725 use bumper templates (Items 11, 12, 13), to trim the front plastic facia as illustrated. |  |
| BEFORE FINAL FITMENT OF BUMPER: | ||

For intercooler DR525
With DR525 bumper fitted: If the front plastic facia has been correctly trimmed, no further work is required. |

| 7 | For intercooler DR725:
If using DR725 intercooler, an air deflector plate (Item 5) must be installed. Fit spire clips (Item 6) to lower intercooler bosses. |

Position air deflector (Item 5) with its forward edge radius, inside the lower lip of the stock front facia.
Secure air deflector (Item 5) using self tapping screws (Item 7) and body washers (Item 3). |

Trim front lower inner fender plastic panels to fit around intercooler piping. | |
